placing an order

If you have been a member for more than 6 months you can order 2 months’ worth of product at a time, until then, orders must be placed monthly. This is a government ruling to allow members time to settle on a preferred appliance. Products cannot be returned once they have left the premises. 
PERSONAL DETAILS: It is essential all details at the top of the order form are filled in each time to be sure we have up to date information to provide to Medicare when ordering your supplies. Any incorrect details, Medicare or Concession numbers or expiry dates, may result in your order being rejected by Medicare. You will receive a “Member Number” when joined to the association, which is a government issued number, or “Access Number” to give you access to Medicare subsidised products. This must also be added to your order form each time.

Orders must be received by 21st of each month if supplies are required for the same month. Best to order at the end of the month for the following month as a routine Postal orders please allow 3 weeks for delivery (products are ordered from interstate and must be picked and packed by volunteers before being posted). Postage must be paid in advance.

1 month $20 single stoma, $25 dual stoma, $25 extra supplies

Interstate $25 single stoma, $35 dual stoma, $35 extra supplies

collecting supplies

Pick up:Members will receive a text message when ready
for collection. Please collect within 2 weeks. You will not be able to order further products until they have been collected. If you do not have a mobile phone number, we recommend providing the office staff with a family or friends mobile number who can let you know
they are ready for collection.

Collection times: Monday to Thursday 10.30am to
2.30pm. Please call OASA on 8235- 2727 if needing to collect outside of these times. Please remember to always be respectful to our volunteers and office staff who only want to help you to receive your supplies on time.
